A recent refresh on the First State Bank and Trust Building in downtown Bryan includes restored historic steel windows with new energy efficient glazing and corporate branded blue LED lighting in historic bronze sconces. The interior refresh includes tailored new carpet throughout and full glass offices on the second floor, embracing lean design concepts. The basement has been re-imagined into an employee lounge, an amenity designed to inspire connection.
