The most satisfying part of the project is always the post construction party and seeing people interact with the building. An added bonus is hearing how the owners have enjoyed their short time living in the space, enjoying the carefully placed windows that provide a comfortable, pleasing naturally daylit environment all throughout the day. Visualizing the Design
Many times it is difficult for owners to visualize what the final product will look like, or experience how a space may feel… size, proportion, views, daylight…all the things that make a room feel “right”. Good architecture is much more than selecting finishes or adding shutters. It’s about form, scale, proportion, building orientation, daylight, materials,texture… The tools used to communicate all that allow for quick modeling that provides a “Pixar” version of the finished product.
