Many times it is difficult for owners to visualize what the final product will look like, or experience how a space may feel… size, proportion, views, daylight…all the things that make a room feel “right”. Good architecture is much more than selecting finishes or adding shutters. It’s about form, scale, proportion, building orientation, daylight, materials,texture… The tools used to communicate all that allow for quick modeling that provides a “Pixar” version of the finished product. This residence is progressing nicely and the views that were intentionally framed from certain rooms will be amazing.
